This course covers communicative language skills specific for the Business world: the language of negotiations, meetings and presentations, business correspondence, telephoning. The students learn how to understand and explain graphics, diagrams, statistics; how to read and write memos, business letters, reports, brochures in German and how to communicate in discussions and business meetings.
The Business German Course  is oriented for  different professional spheres such as: German for ALL professionals, journalists, lawyers, teachers, computing and IT, engineering, and the student can choose the area  he mostly interested in.
German for lawyers:
The program focuses on different legal forms, concentrating on European and German law.  The students learn how to read, to understand and formulate juridical phrases in German and will gain confidence in their usage of German in juristic matters. On request meetings with German lawyers can be arranged.

German for journalists:
During this course the students will familiar with Germany’s print media, the most important radio and TV stations as well as multimedia groups. The course backs up German skills like telephoning, information gathering, skim-reading, drafting short exposes and manuscripts as well as interviewing. If  it is requested visits to editorial offices in Berlin can be arranged.

German for teachers:
This course reviews and discusses latest developments in teaching German as a foreign language. You can fine-tune your German and update yourself on recently published specialized literature and a variety of materials designed for teaching German. Visits to educational institutions can be arranged.

German for Computing & IT
The course will focus on the German that is used by professionals working in the IT field - as programmer, administrator or support specialist.

German for Engineers
The course trains the German used in engineering. Please indicate the specialized field of engineering that is relevant for you.

All Business German courses take place at the Language School campus in Berlin and are based upon a standard  German Language course teaching general German. Business German is an additional module - with daily 2 lessons.
