General English courses start with English level test and defining your learning objectives. Then you are placed in a class at an aprropriate level. The course covers all aspects of language including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and reading writing & listening skills. There is a strong focus on fluency and effective communication, and a major part of this course is activating the passive knowledge that many students already have. This means that a short course of even one week is beneficial. As much as possible your individual needs and preferences are addressed and your teacher may advise extra self-study in the library/study centre.
