8 lessons of Cooking Techniques per week at Le Cordon Bleu.

There is no better place to practice your cooking skills than at the world famous Le Cordon Bleu College! Students will spend two weeks learning the basic techniques of cooking and baking with Le Cordon Bleu’s Executive Chefs in a professional industry equipped kitchen. The two week experience will allow students to apply their new techniques to any style of cuisine.

Las Vegas is home to some of the top restaurants operated by world famous chefs such as Hubert Keller, Gordon Ramsay, Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoy and celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck.
Camp students will enjoy back of the house tours to some of these world class restaurants. The Culinary Camp also includes 18 hours of ESL lessons at our new Henderson Campus, a Las Vegas Tour, Premium Outlet Shopping, and the Fremont Street Experience.
